iLLUMiGO™ Retail is quick and easy to assemble, with parts that are numbered and simply slot together, removing the need for tools!

Two preinstalled LED light strips at the top and bottom of the frame ensure that your lightbox is vivid and impactful.

• How easy is it to put together?
o The iLLUMiGO range of products are very easy to assemble and can be built by one person.
 
• How stable is iLLUMiGO?
o All iLLUMiGO products have single or double feet that make the units very stable in high traffic areas

• Do I need tools to install iLLUMiGO?
o The iLLUMiGO range is completely toolless and is very easy to deploy and dismantle. All products have preinstalled lighting and feet and the frame elements connect using push-fit connectors

• How do you store the graphics?
o The box has a compartment to hold the folded graphics.

• Is the graphic washable?
o The graphics can be washed at 30 degrees and should be air dried.

• Can I order replacement graphics?
o Yes, replacement graphics can be ordered with the initial order or separately.

• How are the graphics finished?
o The dye sublimated graphics are printed on a lightbox fabric media. This makes transporting easy, as they do not crease so they can be folded when packed away. We use a silicone gasket edging push-fit solution to secure the graphic to the frame.

• How much power does the iLLUMiGO use?
o All the iLLUMiGO products run off mains 240V, so it is simply a case of plugging into a standard socket. The output power is 24V 5A.

• How is the product packaged?
o The dye sublimated graphics are printed on a lightbox fabric media. This makes transporting easy, as they do not crease so they can be folded when packed away. We use a silicone gasket edging push-fit solution to secure the graphic to the frame.

• How long is the power cable?
o The power cable is approximately 3m long.

• How is the product packaged?
o All iLLUMiGO products are supplied in a fully branded box. The box is fitted with foam compartments to ensure each component part can be safely transported. A wheeled transit case is also available as an optional extra, keeping the same level of protection but aiding manoeuvrability.

• Is iLLUMiGO available in custom sizes?
o Although we do not offer custom sizes, we do offer the iLLUMiGO in a variety of sizes. Original iLLUMiGO (2x1), Retail iLLUMiGO (1600x 600mm), iLLUMiGO One (Single-sided 2000 x 850mm) and iLLUMiGO Counter (1000 x 1000mm)

• How do I create my artwork?
o You can use our simple artwork service (details here), and just upload your logo using our artwork uploader, and when you confirm your order, we will call you to find out your exact requirements. Alternatively, you can download our handy template, as well as the guidelines for artwork, and create your own!

• What happens if I have a problem?
