Our Conference display kit 2 is a selection of our top selling products which are used regularly by our clients at exhibitions, conferences and events.

The tablecloth is available on full printed colour or white fabric with your logo. Printed on washable polyester, our process presses the ink into the fabric and doesn’t transfer it on the top. This ensures the logo is durable and less likely to fade.

The Senior folding display board system is our most popular folding display board system, it is lightweight, easily transportable and sits perfectly on a table top. Available in 9 fabric colours.

The Fold Up Fabric Leaflet Holder is a great accompaniment to this tabletop display, enabling you to store your A4 literature, neatly and professionally.

Product use

Our Conference Display Kit 2 is an ideal option for conferences and events, particularly when you are provided with a table area.

It packs down neatly into just one carry bag, making transportation incredibly easy. Our printed tablecloth will help you stand out from the crowd, while the Velcro friendly display boards allow you to attach and interchange your information.

You can also display your literature in the handy leaflet holder. This kit would also be great for reception and foyer areas.

Set up

Senior Folding Display Board:

Start by positioning the base panel set.
The shelf slots into the grooves on the top of the panels.
The upper panel set is positioned on top of the base panels.
To lock the display in place, push down to secure the connecting clips.
The header panel is positioned centrally above the upper panel.
To lock the header in place, push it down to secure the connecting clips.
Remove the plastic edging from the top of the header panel and apply to each side of the header to complete the display.

Tablecloths are machine washable at a maximum of 40 degrees. Iron on cool on the reverse of the tablecloth.
