This was the second banner I ordered and was every bit as good as the first! The website is very easy to understand and the uploading of the art work couldn't have been more straightforward. I was contacted by telephone and email by staff within an hour of placing the order - and their customer service was excellent. The artwork I had uploaded had a minor flaw on it which I hadn't noticed but when a member of staff rang me to let me know within 10 mins they had fixed the problem and rang me back to let me know the item was ready to be printed and dispatched. Schools may be concerned that ordering from a school setting may be difficult with invoicing etc. but Janet was able to make the process quick and very straightforward. In total the whole process took only a few days from emailing the artwork to the delivery of the item. Customer service, quality of the item and delivery were all excellent!

The school has its own radio station which involves nearly 50 children preparing and presenting programmes and stories for uploading onto our website. One of our current targets is to have greater interaction with the local community and we therefore identified that an effective way of explaining ourselves would be by means of two pull-up banners. We successfully applied for communtiy funding from our local Sainsbury's store and began working with Marler Haley on the production of the banners. Not being in advertising or promotion we found the readily available advice from the sales team especially helpful. Someone was always at the end of the phone to answer a question or to arrange something on our behalf. Having submitted our artwork ideas we were really pleased that Marler Haley transposed these into a final design for the two complemetary banners that had real impact. From our approval of the artwork, the production timescale was impressively short and we took delivery well in advance of our first 'community outing' with them. Without exception staff, pupils, parents and our first community group found the panels stunning, eye-catching, informative and very professional as part of our display. No matter how busy it got we were always able to 'explain our project' through the banners. Junior schools don't often invest in items like this but we are convinced that it was absolutely the right decision and we have full confidence that the banners will help us meet our targets for greater community understanding and partnership. Sainsbury's, who provided the funding are equally delighted as they feel our use of the banners will benefit the community that they also serve. Marler Haley has long been associated with providing effective display and advertising solutions and what we have discovered is that they still are and take just as much care over a relatively small school order as they might for a multinational company.

The banners are very easy to put up myself and the quality of the graphics is brilliant. I took them to my first show last week and there size and style made them eyecatching and interested potential customers. My only slight negative is that the size of the feet compared to the size of the banner means that the ground has to be fairly even and flat for them to stand upright on their own. Although this is not likely to be a problem for the vast majority of people if you will be exhibiting outside on grass etc this is something to consider.

As the Genesis is billed as a "singe use budget banner stand" I was not expecting the quality item that arrived - except that this was from Marler-Hayley. I should have known! I last bought a Marler Hayley stand some twenty years ago in New Zealand - and have just checked... it is still in use! This stand is of as high a quality than any other banner stand I have bought. Admittedly I ordered the higher grade fabric but this will last for far more than one use!

The screens were used to provide information on cocker spaniels to the general public at Crufts' and at Discover Dogs at Earls Court. The screens were very easy to put up and lightweight for transportation. The cocker spaniel breed booth at Earls Court won 3rd place overall out of about 200. The booths were marked on the quality of information provided. We are looking forward to using our additional screens at Crufts' this year.

I ordered 5 banners originally (3 different designs) and then placed a further order of 2 more banners going to different addresses. The orders were dealt with quickly and effeciently and theer were no issues adding new orders. I had problems uploading the files as they were in a newer programme, but the techincal staff called me and talked me through it, so it was all resolved really quickly. The banners look great and they arrived on time. The printing quality was high and i think they are great value for the price.
